摘要
愈发蓬勃的学前教育行业急需大量高素质幼儿教师。基于此,学前教育专业研究生的幼儿教师职业认同逐渐进入了公众视野。以辽宁省部分高校123名全日制学前教育专业研究生作为研究对象,通过问卷与访谈结合的方式对其职业认同进行调查分析。研究结果显示,学前教育专业研究生的幼儿教师职业认同处于中等偏上水平,在不同学位方向、不同家庭所在地以及不同年级上存在显著性差异。结合访谈,研究生对于幼儿教师职业有着强烈的价值认同和较高的归属感,然而幼儿教师职业的“低收入与高要求”则降低了研究生对从事该职业的坚定程度。据此,从研究生自身、高校以及政府三个层面提出相应建议,为促进学前教育专业研究生从事幼儿教师职业奠定基础。
China's increasingly vigorous preschool education industry urgently needs a large number of high-quality kindergarten teachers.Based on this,the professional identity of preschool teachers of postgraduates majoring in preschool education has gradually entered the public view.This study takes 123 full-time postgraduates majoring in preschool educa-tion in some colleges and universities in Liaoning Province as the research object,and investi-gates and analyzes their professional identity by means of questionnaire and interview.The results show that the professional identity of preschool teachers of postgraduates majoring in preschool education is at the upper middle level,and there are significant differences in differ-ent degree directions,different family locations and different grades.Combined with the in-terview,postgraduates have a strong value identity and a high sense of belonging for pre-school teachers.However,the"low income and high requirements"of preschool teachers re-duce the firmness of postgraduates to engage in this profession.This paper puts forward cor-responding suggestions from the three levels of graduate students themselves,colleges and u-niversities and the government,so as to lay a foundation for promoting graduate students ma-joring in preschool education to engage in preschool teachers.
