During the Agrarian Revolution,the party organizations at all levels and the Soviet government in Western Anhui actively took measures to strengthen the education of party members and cadres through classification of education,innovation of teaching forms and the establishment of education supervision system.It achieved a good effect of cadre education,promoted the construction of western Anhui Soviet area and consolidated the new revolutionary regime.To review the glorious history of cadre education in western Anhui Soviet area and summarize its practical experience is of great reference significance for cadre education in the new era.
