海洋养殖用塑料浮球性能研究

Study on the Performance of Plastic Floating Balls for Marine Aquaculture

摘要 以市面上的海洋养殖用塑料浮球为样本,通过电子拉力机、差示扫描量热仪、QUV快速耐候试验机和红外光谱仪等测试手段,制定了测试塑料浮球性能的方法,可为塑料浮球产品提供准确、高效的质量测试服务。对塑料浮球拉伸屈服强度、熔体流动速率、氧化诱导时间,以及人工紫外老化后的羰基指数、色差和氧化诱导时间等进行了研究。结果表明:塑料浮球产品力学性能上断裂伸长率和简支梁缺口冲击强度还有较大的改进空间,在紫外老化试验(紫外老化3000 h)中,氧化诱导时间下降较为严重,而拉伸屈服强度、断裂伸长率和简支梁缺口冲击强度下降率不大。 Taking the plastic floating balls used in marine aquaculture in the market as samples,through the electronic tensile machine,differential scanning calorimeter,QUV rapid weathering tester and infrared spectrometer,the test method for the performance of plastic floating balls is developed,which can provide accurate and efficient quality testing services for plastic floating ball products.The tensile yield strength,melt flow rate,oxidation induction time,carbonyl index,color difference and oxidation induction time of plastic floating balls after artificial UV aging were studied.The results show that there is still much room for improvement in the mechanical properties of plastic floating ball products,such as elongation at break and charpy notched impact strength.The oxidation induction time decreased significantly in the ultraviolet aging test(ultraviolet aging for 3000 h),while the tensile yield strength,elongation at break and charpy notched impact strength decreased slightly.
