黑龙江地区主栽大豆品种萌发期耐旱性综合鉴定及评价 被引量:5

Tolerance Comprehensive Identification and Evaluation of Different Soybean Cultivars under Drought Stress at Germination Stage in Heilongjiang Province

摘要 以38份黑龙江地区主栽大豆品种为试验材料,在萌发期以15%PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫处理,通过对大豆16个形态指标进行综合分析,以筛选出干旱耐受性不同的大豆品种。利用主成分分析、隶属函数分析和聚类分析等方法筛选出强耐旱大豆品种2份、中等耐旱品种6份、中度干旱敏感品种16份、干旱极敏感品种2份,并确定胚根鲜重、根冠比、平均发芽速度、胚根长、发芽率可作为评价大豆品种萌发期耐旱性的主要指标。试验结果为东北地区耐旱大豆品种的遗传改良提供了参考。 38 soybean cultivars mainly cultivated in Heilongjiang province were treated with 15% PEG-6000 solution during germination stage to simulate drought stress.16 morphological indexes of soybean seedlings were comprehensively analyzed to screen out soybean cultivars with different drought tolerance.The results of principal component analysis,membership function analysis and cluster analysis showed that 2 soybean cultivars with strong drought tolerance,6 soybean cultivars with moderate drought tolerance,16 soybean cultivars with moderate drought sensitivity,and 2 soybean cultivars with extreme drought sensitivity.Furthermore,the results determined the main index for drought tolerance evaluation of soybean cultivars at germination stage,such as fresh radicle weight,root-shoot ratio,average germination rate,radicle long,and germination rate.The results provided a reference for drought-tolerant soybean cultivars breeding in northeast China.
