摘要
绣球菌是一种珍贵的食药用菌,具有抗肿瘤、增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗衰老等多种生物活性,广泛用于保健品和化妆品领域,市场前景广阔。采用文献检索的方法,查阅近10年文献,综述了有关绣球菌活性成分及提取、生长环境、人工栽培、液体发酵方面的研究进展,为绣球菌进一步开发利用及工厂化生产奠定理论基础。
Sparassis crispa was a precious food and medicinal bacteria with anti-tumor,enhanced immunity,anti-oxidation,anti-aging and other biological activities.It was widely used in the field of health care products and cosmetics,and had a broad market prospect.Using the method of literature retrieval,the literature for nearly 10 years,the active components and extraction,growth environment,artificial cultivation and liquid fermentation were reviewed,laying the theoretical foundation for the further development and utilization and factory production of Sparassis crispa.
