摘要 继续职业培训是提高员工实际工作能力而实施的有步骤、有计划的介入行为,它对于促进企业的高效发展和高校继续教育的多效发展具有十分重要的意义。目前,校企合作继续职业培训体系存在制度的建立缺乏前瞻性和针对性、需求分析和课程设置脱节、教师和教学综合性欠缺、效果评估流于形式等诸多问题,制约了培训的效果和进程。因此,从观念和制度的创新、需求和课程的对接、内外教师素质的打造、教学形式的时代感、职业培训效果评估的有效性等发展路径重构继续职业培训体系。 Continuing vocational training is a step-by-step and planned intervention to improve the actual working ability of employees.It is of great significance to promote the efficient development of enterprises and the multi-effect development of continuing education in colleges and universities.However,there are problems in the current continued vocational training system of school-enterprise cooperation,such as the lack of vision and pertinence in the establishment of the system,the disconnection between demand analysis and curriculum setting,the lack of comprehensive teachers and teaching,and the mere formality of effect evaluation,which restricts the effect and effectiveness of the training process.Therefore,this article intends to reconstruct the continuing vocational training system by development paths such as the innovation of concepts and systems,the connection between needs and courses,the improvement of internal and external teacher qualities,the sense of the times in teaching forms,and the effectiveness of the evaluation of the vocational training.
