摘要
针对钢模台车设计长度较大不利于在隧洞曲线段混凝土衬砌施工的问题,本论文设计出分离式钢模台车。分离式钢模台车主要由模板部分、门架体部分、牵引行走系统、支撑结构及液压系统五部分组成。通过在进入弯道段前模板台车纵向分离,可实现纵向设计长度由12 m减小至7 m的目标。实践表明该分离式模板台车具有结构稳固、操作简单及工效快等施工优点,更能满足曲线段混凝土施工进度与外观质量要求。
According to a longer design length of the steel mould trolley not favorable to the concrete lining construction of the curve section in the tunnel,a separated steel mould trolley was designed.The separate steel mould trolley mainly consisted of five parts,including the formwork part,portal frame body section,haulage walking system,support structure and hydraulic system.Before into the curve section,the longitudinal separation of the formwork trolley could realize a target of the longitudinal design length reduced from 12 m to 7 m.The practices showed that the separate formwork trolley could have a stable mold structure,easy operation and fast work efficiency as well as other the construction advantages and could meet the concrete construction schedule and the surface quality requirements of the curve section of the tunnel.
