基于时程分析法的堆煤与落煤筒相互作用体系地震响应分析 被引量:1

摘要 由于落煤筒结构并非作为单独结构存在,而是在其内、外侧均存有大量煤堆,并且煤堆对落煤筒的动力特性影响较为明显,但在现行抗震设计规范中,并没有将在地震荷载作用下煤堆对落煤筒地震响应作为主要影响因素。以陕西益东煤矿落煤筒为研究背景,以亚塑性本构关系模拟堆煤、弹塑性本构关系模拟混凝土材料,利用时程分析法,对单独落煤筒结构和储煤-卸煤过程中11种典型工况下煤堆与落煤筒结构相互作用有限元模型,在EL-CENTRO波的作用下进行地震响应分析,得出落煤筒结构地震加速度、位移和应力分布规律,以及在整个储煤-卸煤过程中,堆煤对落煤筒结构地震响应的影响规律,为该结构的理论研究和抗震设计起到借鉴作用。 Due to the coal silo structure not existed as a separate structure,but there were great number coal piles inside the coal pile and at the outboard.Also the coal stockpiles effected to the dynamic characteristics of the coal silo were obvious.Well in the available seismic design code,the coal stockpile under the seismic load action effected to the seismic response of the coal silo was not considered as the main influencing factors.With a coal silo in Yidong coal mine of Shaanxi Province as a study background,the subplastic constitutive relationship was applied to simulate the coal pile stock and the elastic-plastic constitutive relationship was applied to simulate the concrete materials.A time history analysis method was applied to conduct the seismic response analysis under the action of the EL-CENTRO wave on the interaction finite element model between the coal stockpile and coal silo structure under11 typical performances of the separated coal silo and during the coal storage and coal unloading process.The seismic acceleration and displacement and stress distribution rules of the coal silo structure were obtained.As well as during the coal storage and coal unloading process,the piled coal effected to the seismic response rule of the coal silo structure could have the reference actions to the theoretical study and seismic design of the structure.
