摘要 以DN200 mm硬密封球阀为研究对象,确定了球阀在静力场分析时所需的边界条件,将实际工况转化为模拟条件进行分析,得到了球体上变形和接触面上接触压力的分布情况。结果表明,球阀在小开度时变形较大,最大接触压力值也并不随阀门开度呈线性变化,还出现了局部应力集中现象。 Taking DN200 mm hard sealing ball valve as the research object,the boundary conditions required by the ball valve in static field analysis were determined,and the actual working conditions were transformed into simulation conditions for analysis to obtain deformation on the ball and the contact pressure distribution on the contact surface.The results show that,the ball valve’s deformation becomes large when the valve opening is small,and the maximum contact pressure does not change linearly with the valve opening,and the local stress concentration occurs.
