摘要
针对70 MPa加氢站商业化大流量氢压机配套需求,指出隔膜式压缩机应用于70 MPa大流量加氢站的局限性,分析活塞式压缩机作为未来大流量加氢压缩机的技术可行性。基于高压氢气实际气体的物性方程,建立了氢压机的热动力分析模型,研究在宽工况条件下活塞式压缩机的结构形式、级数、列数及压比分配方案等对压缩机整体热动力性能的影响,并通过变频技术降低电机功率。
Considering commercial 70 MPa hydrogen fueling station(HFS)'s requirements for large-flow hydrogen compressor,the limits of diaphragm compressors applied for commercial 70 MPa HFS were pointed out and the possibility of employing hydrogen piston compressors with large flow in the future was analyzed.Based on thermodynamic property equations of high pressure hydrogen,a thermodynamic analysis model for the piston compressor was established and the effects of structural types,stages,columns and pressure ratio distribution on thermodynamic performance under wide working conditions were systematically researched.Converter techniques were employed to reduce motor power.
