摘要
针对油田注水系统仿真及优化调度结果无法直观验证的问题,设计了一套注水模拟装置,该装置由占地42 m^(2)的管网、24口模拟注水井、5台带变频控制的模拟注水站、31套压力传感器、29套流量传感器及测控装置等组成。系统数据采集可通过控制台电脑和手机远程无线监测两种方式。该装置不仅可用来模拟注水管网的拓扑结构和生产调度方案,还可用来进行管网参数反演对比和验证管网仿真优化算法的正确性,对油田节能降耗生产具有非常重要的指导意义。
Considering the fact that the result of simulation and optimal dispatching of oilfield water injection system failed to be directly verified,a water injection simulation device was designed,which consists of 42 m^(2) pipe network,24 water injection simulation wells,5 water injection simulation stations with frequency converters,31 sets of pressure sensors,29 sets of flow sensors and measurement&control devices.System data acquisition can be acquired through the console computer and remote mobile phone with wireless.The device can be used to simulate topological structure and production scheduling of the water injection pipe network and to invert and contrast the parameters of the pipe network,as well as verify correctness of the simulation optimization algorithm of the pipe network.It has very important guiding significance for oil field’s energy saving and consumption reduction.
