长江经济带制造业集聚水平影响因素研究——基于专业化集聚与多样化集聚的比较视角

Research on Influencing Factors of Manufacturing Agglomeration Level in Yangtze River Economic Belt——Based on the Comparative Perspective of Specialized Agglomeration and Diversified Agglomeration

长江经济带是我国制造业的重要集聚区和发展排头兵,如何通过提升制造业集聚水平,实现长江经济带制造业发展的质量与效益提升,是促进长江经济带制造业高质量发展的重要问题。本文采用2007—2019年长江经济带108个地级及以上城市平衡面板数据,探究长江经济带制造业不同模式集聚水平的主要影响因素,以期为制定长江经济带制造业发展政策提供更加精准的理论依据。研究发现:无论是专业化集聚还是多样化集聚,人力资本、金融发展水平、交通基础设施、城镇化水平都可以显著促进长江经济带制造业集聚水平提升,而政府干预有助于提升多样化集聚水平。基于研究结果,提出通过优化人力资本配置、构建有效支持实体经济的金融体系、完善综合交通运输体系、推动新型城镇化高质量发展、持续优化营商环境促进长江经济带制造业集聚等对策建议。

The Yangtze River Economic Belt is an important agglomeration area and a development vanguard of China’s manufacturing industry.How to improve the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt by improving the level of manufacturing agglomeration is an important issue to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.This paper uses the balanced panel data of 108 prefecture-level and above cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2007 to 2019 to explore the main influencing factors of the agglomeration levels of different modes of manufacturing in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,in order to provide a more accurate theoretical basis for formulating manufacturing development policies in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The study found that:whether it is specialized agglomeration or diversified agglomeration,human capital,financial development level,transportation infrastructure,and urbanization level can significantly promote the level of manufacturing agglomeration in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and government intervention can help improve diversified agglomeration level.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the manufacturing agglomeration of the Yangtze River Economic Belt by optimizing the allocation of human capital,building a financial system that effectively supports the real economy,improving the comprehensive transportation system,promoting the high-quality development of new urbanization,and continuously optimizing the business environment.
