新高考背景下高中生涯规划指导的校本化实践——以黑龙江省实验中学为例

School-Based Practice of Career Planning Guidance in Senior High School under the Background of New College Entrance Examination——Taking Heilongjiang Provincial Experimental High School as an Example

在新高考启动的背景下,高中学生生涯规划指导的重要性更加凸显。当前普通高中生涯规划尚未有课程标准和通用教材,因而根据学校的办学定位和培养目标开展校本化的生涯规划实践具有重要意义。高中生涯规划指导在顶层设计、队伍建设、内容体系、实施路径等方面的完善,有利于提升学生生涯规划意识和能力,促进学生全面而有个性化的成长。

In the context of the new college entrance examination,the importance of career planning guidance for high school students is more prominent.At present,there are no curriculum standards and general teaching materials for career planning in some ordinary senior high schools,so it is of great significance to carry out practical research on school-based career planning according to the school’s orientation and training objectives.The improvement of senior high school career planning guidance in top-level design,team building,content system,implementation path and other aspects is conducive to improving students’career planning awareness and ability,and promoting students’comprehensive and personalized growth.
