摘要
利用优化后的气相色谱-质谱(gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,GC-MS)法分析鉴定大马士革玫瑰精油的组成成分。样品经正己烷溶解和无水硫酸钠脱水,通过GC-MS的条件优化,各成分得到了较好的分离。结合NIST质谱图库和自动解卷积技术,对分离的化合物及其重叠峰进行鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。共鉴定出85种化学成分,相对含量较高的成分有香茅醇(20.79%)、十七烷(7.22%)、α-蒎烯(6.51%)等。优化后的色谱条件使玫瑰精油的化学组分得到更好的分离,鉴定出更多的化合物,为大马士革玫瑰精油的真伪鉴别和品质鉴定提供一定的参考。
The components in essential oil from Rosa damascena were analyzed by optimized gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The samples were dissolved in n-hexane and dehydrated by anhydrous sodium sulfate.The components were separated well by optimizing GC-MS conditions.Combined with the retrieval of NIST mass spectrum library and antomatc deconvolution technology,the separated compounds and their overlapping peaks were identified,and their relative contents were determined by using chromatograph peak area normalization.A total of 85 chemical constituents were identified.The components with high relative content were citronellol(20.79%),heptadecane(7.22%)andα-pinene(6.51%).The optimized chromatographic conditions make the components better separated,more compounds identified.It provides a reference for the authenticity and quality identification of essential oil from Rose Damascenea.
