摘要
基于自建禁限用组分高分辨质谱库对化妆品进行筛查检验,实现对化妆品中非法添加禁用物质快速筛查定性,主动发现风险点,满足化妆品安全监管的预警需求。样品采用乙腈超声提取,对照品采用甲醇溶解稀释。以5 mmol乙酸铵水(含质量分数0.1%甲酸)和甲醇(含质量分数0.1%甲酸)作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,经色谱分离后,采用Q-TOF液质联用系统以IDA模式进行定性检测。结果显示,基于自建谱库对样品进行完全未知物定性分析,发现两批祛斑类化妆品非法添加标准外糖皮质激素甲基泼尼松,实现了对化妆品中非法添加未知化合物的快速筛查定性。
The cosmetics were screened rapidly and qualitatively identified for illegally added components based on the self-built Q-TOF library of prohibited and restricted components.We hope to discover risk points to meet the early warning needs of cosmetics safety supervision.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile ultrasonically,and the reference substance was dissolved and diluted in methanol.The sample was used 5 mmol ammonium acetate water(containing 0.1%formic acid)and methanol(containing 0.1%formic acid)as mobile phases for gradient elution.After chromatographic separation,the Q-TOF LC/MS system is used for qualitative detection in IDA mode.The samples were qualitatively analyzed for unknown components,and it was found that the Meprednisone was illegally added to the whitening cosmetics,achieving rapid screening and qualitative identification of unknown compounds illegally added in cosmetics.
