摘要
依据微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对甘肃省27个市、州、县销售的99批次唇膏类化妆品进行检验。采用在线内标校正、外标法定量分析唇膏类化妆品中禁用组分铅、砷、汞、镉、铬、钕、镍、铊、铍、锶和钴金属元素的含量情况。在质量浓度0~100μg/L(汞为0~5μg/L)时,仪器检出限为0.00060~0.05700μg/L,在定容体积25 mL、理论取样量为0.3 g时,方法检出限为0.000050~0.004800 mg/kg,线性相关系数均大于0.9966,加标回收率为78.2%~106.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5%。试验结果表明,在同时测定唇膏中多种元素过程中,方法简便、快捷、省时、节约成本,并且灵敏度高、重现性好。
Ninty-nine batches of lipsticks sold in 27 cities,prefectures and counties of Gansu Province were examined by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The contents of lead,arsenic,mercury,cadmium,chromium,neodymium,nickel,thallium,beryllium,strontium and cobalt in lipsticks were quantitatively analyzed by online internal standard correction and external standard method.The detection limit was 0.00060-0.05700μg/L at the concentration of 0-100μg/L(Hg was 0-5μg/L).At the constant volume of 25 mL and theoretical sampling volume of 0.3 g,the limits of detection were 0.000050-0.004800 mg/kg,the linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9966,the recoveries were 78.2%-106.2%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were less than 5%.The experimental results show that the method is simple,quick,time-saving,cost-effective,sensitive and reproducible in the simultaneous determination of multiple elements in lipsticks.
