菟丝子益生菌发酵提取物的活性

摘要 通过检测菟丝子发酵提取物与水提物中内含物相对分子质量的差异,探究发酵提取物与水提物在对1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)自由基清除率、·OH清除率、透明质酸酶活性、细胞毒性与SOD活性等方面的差异。结果表明,菟丝子发酵提取物在DPPH清除率、·OH清除率、透明质酸酶抑制率、SOD活性促进方面最高分别为(70.92%±4.15%)、(44.35%±2.13%)、(64.53%±1.98%)、(38.47%±2.35%),相比水提物,分别提升了27、37、30、14个百分点。在0~20 mg/mL范围内,两种提取物均未表现出细胞毒性,且低浓度提取物对HaCaT细胞生长具有一定的促进作用。 By detecting the difference of molecular weight between the water extract and the fermented extract of Cuscuta chinensis,differences of DPPH clearance,·OH clearance,hyaluronidase activity,cytotoxicity and SOD activity between the fermented extract and the water extract were investigated.The results showed that 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radical scavenging rate,·OH scavenging rate,hyaluronidase inhibition rate and SOD promoting rate were(70.92%±4.15%),(44.35%±2.13%),(64.53%±1.98%)and(38.47%±2.35%),respectively for the fermentation extract of cuscuta seed,which were increased by 27,37,30 and 14 percentage points compared with the water extract.In the range of 0-20 mg/mL,neither of the two extracts showed cytotoxicity,and the low concentration of the extracts promoted the growth of HaCaT cells to a certain extent.
