我国高校体育竞赛体系现实困境与优化策略

Realistic Dilemma and Optimization Strategy of College and University Sports Competition System in China

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探究我国高校体育竞赛体系的发展现状、现实困境并提出优化策略。我国高校体育竞赛体系具有立足健康第一、健体铸魂的体育教育本质;注重全员参与、夯实竞技体育人才基础;服务学生体育文化生活、构建和谐校园体育氛围的特征。目前,体育竞赛模式已初步形成、竞技体育后备人才培养成效显著、体育竞赛项目设置趋向完整,但也面临竞赛资源供给不足、常态化体育竞赛机制未建立、赛事文化内涵缺位的现实困境。提出优化策略:拓宽体育竞赛资源供给渠道,保障体育竞赛基础;建立常态化体育竞赛机制,强化体育赛事功能;创设校园体育文化育人环境,营造体育竞赛氛围。

By using the methods of literature review and logic analysis,this paper explored the development status,realistic dilemma of college and university sports competition system in China,and put forward optimization strategy.The sports competition system in college and university in China has the following characteristics:It has the essence of physical education based on health first and healthy body casting soul,focuses on full participation to consolidate competitive sports talents base,and serves students’sports cultural life to construct a harmonious campus sports atmosphere.At present,the mode of campus sports competition has been preliminarily formed,the training of competitive sports reserve talents has achieved remarkable results,and the setting of campus sports competition events tends to be complete.However,it also faces realistic dilemma,such as insufficient supply of competition resources,the establishment of normal sports competition mechanism,and the lack of cultural connotation of sports events.This paper put forward the optimization strategies:We should broaden the supply channel of sports competition resources to guarantee the foundation of sports competition,establish a regular sports competition mechanism to strengthen the function of sports events,and establish the campus sports culture education environment to create a sports competition atmosphere.
