冰雪运动助力东北地区乡村振兴的内在逻辑、困境与路径

Inner Logic, Dilemma and Path of Ice and Snow Sports Helping Rural Revitalization in Northeast China

运用文献资料、实地调查等方法,对北京冬奥会效应下冰雪运动助力东北地区乡村振兴的内在逻辑进行解构,分析其困境并提出发展路径。冰雪运动助力东北地区乡村振兴的内在逻辑:助力产业兴旺、增强生态发展、提升文化自信、推进社会建设。困境:乡村冰雪运动产业体系不健全、乡村冰雪运动绿色发展存隐患、乡村冰雪运动个性文化缺乏、城乡冰雪运动组织融合发展存在障碍。据此提出助力路径:完善乡村冰雪运动产业体系、推动冰雪生态空间城乡共建、挖掘乡村冰雪运动文化内涵、推动城乡冰雪组织融合发展。

By using the methods of literature review and field investigation,this paper constructed the inner logic of ice and snow sports helping rural revitalization in Northeast China under the effect of Beijing Winter Olympics,analyzed its dilemma,and put forward the development path.The inner logic of ice and snow sports helping rural revitalization in Northeast China:It has helped the prosperity of rural industries in Northeast China,enhanced the development of rural ecology in Northeast China,enhanced the confidence of rural culture in Northeast China,and promoted the construction of rural society in Northeast China.Dilemma:The industrial system of rural ice and snow sports is not perfect,the green development of rural ice and snow sports has hidden dangers,the individual culture of rural ice and snow sports is missing,and the integration and development of urban and rural ice and snow sports organizations have obstacles.Accordingly,this paper put forward the development path:We should improve the industrial system of rural ice and snow sports,promote the urban and rural construction of ice and snow ecological space,explore the cultural connotation of rural ice and snow sports,and promote the integrated development of urban and rural ice and snow organizations.
