超声联合NETs及cfDNA对儿童社区获得性肺炎的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with NETs and cfDNA in children with community-acquired pneumonia

目的:探究超声联合NETs及cf DNA对CAP的诊断价值。方法:选取2020年2月-2021年2月150例疑似CAP患儿,将胸部CT结果为最终结果分为CAP组和非CAP组,比较两组超声影像学和NETs、cf DNA水平。结果:LUS检出81例(54.00%)CAP,与胸部CT结果一致性一般。CAP患儿超声异常表征多于非CAP组,NETs荧光强度、cf DNA及NETs/cfDNA水平高于非CAP组(P<0.05)。超声联合NETs/cfDNA对CAP具有一定诊断价值。结论:LUS联合NETs及cfDNA可以提高儿童CAP的诊断效能,为患儿治疗提供理论依据。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with NETs and cf DNA in CAP.Methods:A total of 150 children with suspected CAP from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected,the chest CT results were the final result,and they were divided into a CAP group and a non-CAP group,and the ultrasound imaging,NETs,and cf DNA levels were compared between the two groups.Results:LUS detected 81 cases(54.00%)of CAP,which was in good agreement with the results of chest CT.Ultrasound abnormalities in children with CAP were more than those in the non-CAP group,and the fluorescence intensity of NETs,cfDNA and NETs/cfDNA levels were higher than those in the non-CAP group(P<0.05).Ultrasound combined with NETs/cfDNA has certain diagnostic value for CAP.Conclusion:LUS combined with NETs and cfDNA can improve the diagnostic efficiency of children with CAP,and provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of children.
