新时期建设监理工作发展研究

Research on the Development of Construction Supervision Work in the New Period

结合住房和城乡建设部近年开展的工程质量治理、质量提升、工程品质提升等各项活动及目标要求,对新时期工程质量监理的重点工作进行了阐述,对监理行业以全过程工程咨询为主的多元化转型发展方向进行了分析,最后提出着重从“监理信息化建设、监理人才培养及使用、监理行业诚信建设、监理风险管控、不同功能类型工程及不同融资和承包模式下的监理工作研究、咨询监理行业的高质量发展”等多个方面的任务来加强新时期建设监理工作。

Combined with the ministry of housing and urban-rural development in recent years of engineering quality management,quality improvement,engineering quality improvement activities and target requirements,to the focus of the new period of project quality supervision,the transformation of the whole process engineering consulting transformation direction,finally put forward from the“supervision information construction,supervision personnel training and use,supervision industry integrity construction,supervision risk control,different functional types of engineering and different financing and contracting mode of high quality development”and other tasks to strengthen the construction supervision work in the new period.
