在绿色建筑比例逐年提高的趋势下,绿色技术的有效实施和效果发挥有待加强,绿色建筑的获得感有待提升。论文通过分析绿色建筑发展历程、近期相关政策导向,总结绿色建筑的发展趋势,提出第三方评估工作在绿色建筑高质量发展过程中的作用、机遇和挑战,为主管部门的监督工作、房地产企业的绿色化转型提供参考。

With the proportion of green buildings increasing year by year,the effective implementation and effect of green technology need to be strengthened,and the sense of acquisition of green buildings need to be improved.This paper summarizes the development trend of green building by analyzing the development process of green building and recent relevant policy orientation,and puts forward the role,opportunities and challenges of third-party evaluation in the high-quality development process of green building,so as to provide reference for the supervision of competent authorities and the green transformation of real estate enterprises.
