沿海地区地下室抗浮常见问题与对策研究

Study on Problems and Measures of Basement Anti-Floating in Coastal Areas

地下室浮起将引起严重的社会负面影响。针对地下室抗浮设计,分析了影响抗浮设计的关键因素,探讨了抗浮设防水位合理取值的思路,并分别结合“抗浮”和“减浮”两种思路提出了应对技术措施。关于地下室抗浮设计的优化建议不能盲目采纳,提出了主管部门、建设单位、勘察设计单位各自对策,供其他工程参考。

Basement floating would cause serious social negative effects.Aiming at the anti-floating design of basement,the key factors affecting the anti-floating design were analyzed,and the idea about reasonable value of the anti-floating water level was discussed.Moreover the corresponding technical measures were put forward combining the two ideas of“anti-floating”and“floating reduction”.In addition the optimization suggestions on the anti-floating design of the basement cannot be adopted blindly,and the respective measures of the government department,the construction companies,the survey and design companies were suggested to other projects for reference.
