Study on Silo Sliding Form Construction Technology

为有效提高筒仓滑模的施工质量和安全性能,论文针对实体工程特点、难点及易出现的质量问题,制定滑模专项施工方案,从技术参数、前期准备工作、模板安装、围圈安装、提升架安装、液压提升系统、精度控制系统、滑模组装及安装等方面具体介绍滑模施工工艺、技术流程、操作要求及检查要点,为其他类似工程项目提供技术参考。

In order to effectively improve the construction quality and safety performance of silo sliding form,this paper formulated a special construction scheme of sliding form according to the characteristics,difficulties and quality problems of solid engineering.This paper introduces the construction technology,operation requirements and inspection points of sliding form from the aspects of technical parameters,preliminary preparation,formwork installation,enclosure installation,lifting frame installation,hydraulic lifting system,precision control system,sliding form assembly and installation in detail,and provides technical reference for other similar engineering projects.
