摘要
针对某660 MW超超临界锅炉启动时,大气扩容器排汽过程产生强烈噪音的问题,经过分析提出了降噪方案:增设减温水,减少排汽量;加装消音器,降低声功率级。在某电厂使用后,取得了明显的效果。可以为同等机组的优化设计及电厂运行人员提供参考。
When the 660 MW ultra supercritical boiler starts up,the steam discharging process of the atmospheric flash tank generates loud noises.After analysis,a noise reduction plan was proposed:adding desuperbeating water to reduce exhaust steam;installing a silencer to reduce sound power level.After this plan was used in a power plant,significant results have been achieved.It can provide reference for the optimization design of the same unit and power plant operators.
