摘要
数据共享以及运单物权无纸化是国际铁路货物联运中急需解决的难题。而数字人民币的研究和试行,以及全同态加密算法的出现和快速发展为解决这些难题提供了支撑。研究提出一种基于“区块链+数字人民币”的国际铁路联运数据共享体系架构,应用侧链技术将联盟链与公有链结合,以数字人民币作为交易货币,使用全同态加密的数据加密方法,采用“云+链”的存储方式,共同解决现阶段国际铁路联运中的数据共享、运单难以实现无纸化以及纸质单证大量流转导致的申报和反馈繁琐等问题,以提升国际铁路联运的数据安全性和便捷性。
Data sharing and paperless property rights of waybills are urgent problems to be solved in the international intermodal railway transport. The research and trial implementation of digital RMB, as well as the emergence and rapid development of fully homomorphic encryption algorithms, provide support for solving these problems. The research proposed a data-sharing system architecture based on“blockchain + digital RMB”for international intermodal railway transport. Specifically, the alliance chain and the public blockchain were combined through side chain technology. Digital RMB was adopted as the transaction currency, and fully homomorphic encryption was used as the data encryption method.The“cloud + chain”storage method was employed. With these technologies and methods, the problems in the current international intermodal railway transport can be solved collaboratively, such as data sharing, the difficulty in realizing paperless waybills, and the cumbersome declaration and feedback caused by the large circulation of paper documents. Therefore, the data security and convenience of international intermodal railway transport can be improved.
