摘要
目的探讨植入磁共振兼容心脏起搏器患者行心血管磁共振(Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance,CMR)检查的临床应用。方法纳入2020年1月至2021年12月我院10例植入磁共振兼容心脏起搏器患者为研究对象,CMR检查前以图示法进行检查流程须知宣教;检查过程中医生、技师、护士、工程师四方配合保证流程顺利推进,扫描间隙完成必要护理操作,以及患者心理沟通;检查后行个体化访视,记录观察指标,进行统计学分析。结果10例植入磁共振兼容心脏起搏器患者均完成CMR检查,平均耗时(45±6)min,射频能量吸收率未超过标准上限。检查前后患者心率、血压无异常改变,起搏器无异常脉冲;整体检查流程配合满意度评分(4.4±0.6)分,患者对专业知识满意度最高。结论植入磁共振兼容心脏起搏器患者行CMR检查,需制定详尽的临床观察指标与相应流程配合,以此对患者安全保证和满意度提升起到积极作用。
Objective To explore the clinical application of patients with cardiac magnetic resonance compatible pacemakers implanted in cardiovascular magnetic resonance(CMR)examination.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,a total of 10 patients with implanted magnetic resonance compatible pacemakers in our hospital were enrolled.Before the CMR examination,the instructions for the examination process should be educated using diagrams.During the examination,doctors,technicians,nurses and engineers cooperated to ensure that the examination was carried out thoroughly,completed the necessary nursing operations and psychological communication with the patients during the scanning interval,conducted individualized visits after the examination,recorded the observation indicators for statistical analysis.Results All 10 patients implanted magnetic resonance compatible pacemakers completed CMR examination,which took an average of(45±6)min,and the SAR value did not exceed the limit standard.There was no abnormal change in heart rate and blood pressure,and no irregular pulse of pacemaker before and after examination.The satisfaction score of overall examination process was(4.4±0.6),and the satisfaction with professional knowledge was the highest.Conclusion For patients with implanted magnetic resonance compatible pacemakers to undergo CMR examination,detailed clinical observation indicators should be formulated.The corresponding procedures should be coordinated to play a positive role in ensuring patient safety and improving satisfaction.
