农村自建房消防安全现状及策略分析

Fire protection foundation of rural self-built residential buildings and ways for improvement

近年来,自建房火灾事故频发,造成大量人员伤亡和财产损失,严重危及社会稳定和广大人民群众的生命财产安全。自建房质量较差、消防安全隐患突出、居住人员对消防相关法律法规不了解。从农村自建房的问题入手分析消防安全现状及存在隐患,从而提出完善规范管理、加强宣传教育、提高执勤力量建设等策略。

Recent fires occurred by self-built houses have caused numerous property losses and even killed people,and undermined the stable state of society and people’s well-being.All these fires could be owned to three reasons:poor quality of these houses,non-negligible fire risks,and insufficient knowledge of rural residents.The paper analyses these problems by means of clarifying current situations and provides some strategies for regulating formulation,improving fire safety education and upgrading the capability of people on duty.
