摘要
根据消防法律规定及消防监督检查内容,结合高层建筑常见火灾隐患,对消防安全责任体系、检查维保制度、培训演练等内容进行明确。通过构建体系机制、强化人员管理、建立信息化巡查方案等,增强单位消防安全法制观念和主体责任意识,规范内部消防安全制度,全面提升风险辨识、风险防控能力,形成“防风险、保安全”的长效机制。
According to the fire protection laws and regulations and the content of fire supervision and inspection,combined with the common fire hazards of high-rise buildings,the fire safety responsibility system,inspection and maintenance system,training and drills are clarified.By building a system mechanism,strengthening personnel management,establishing an information-based inspection plan,etc.,maintaining the unit’s fire safety legal concept and subject responsibility awareness,standardizing the internal fire safety system,comprehensively improving risk identification,risk prevention and control capabilities,and form a "Risk Prevention and Safety Protection" long-term mechanism.
