The booming development of the Socialist New Countryside encourages the prosperity of rural tourism.More and more privatelyrunning homestay inns that surged in quantity recently have came into view for their insufficient fire safety facilities and improper regulation.The paper demonstrates the fire safety problems in rural homestay inns and analyses the reason why they happened in terms of the main responsibility and management,and provides some strategies for problems solution,such as improving rules and laws of fire safety management,establishing coordinated inspection mechanisms,and applying credit administration in fire safety regulation.
