一起住宅小区住户电气火灾事件分析及防范措施

Analysis and preventive measures of an electric fire in a residential district

为做好住宅小区电气火灾的防范,笔者对一起住宅小区住户电气火灾的案例进行了分析。通过对火灾现场及住户配电箱接线情况的查看分析,认为火灾发生的主要原因是起火住户屋内某带电待机状态的用电电器内部元器件或线路老化引发电弧性短路,引燃电器周边的可燃物导致起火。同时,对火灾发生时段电压波动导致其他住户用电电器损坏的原因亦进行了研究分析,根据火灾事件原因分析结果,在住户电器使用及配电接线等方面提出了相应的防范措施。

To prevent electric fire in residential district,the author analyzes a case of electrical fire in a house of residential district.Through checking and analyzing in the fire scene and wiring of the house power distribution box,consider that the main cause of the fire is the arc short circuit caused by the aging of internal components or circuits of an charged standby state electric appliances in the fire house,ignite combustibles around electrical appliances and cause fire.At the same time,the author also studied and analyzed the reasons for the damage of other house electrical appliances caused by voltage fluctuation during the fire time,According to the analysis results of fire event cause,propose corresponding preventive measures in the use of house electrical appliances and distribution wiring.
