Fire investigation is a basic content of fire control work,which is a law enforcement work integrating experience,skills,technology and science.The identification of fire cause,the statistics of fire loss and the division of accident liability all need factual evidence,which can be divided into direct evidence and indirect evidence in law.Combined with fire investigation cases,this paper analyzes the embodiment and proof function of evidence,and discusses the relevance of direct evidence and indirect evidence.
