摘要
采用SBR反应器在厌氧/好氧运行模式下培养好氧颗粒污泥,研究好氧颗粒污泥在形成过程中的性质变化并考察了系统对城市污水的处理效果。结果表明,经过30 d的培养驯化,好氧污泥颗粒的粒径达到1.25 mm, MLSS为4 812~5 280 mg/L,SVI值为16.81~20.95 mL/g。当进水COD、氨氮和总氮分别为185.19~460.31、20.07~43.33和32.07~55.87 mg/L时,好氧颗粒污泥SBR系统出水分别为30.24~49.21、0.235~7.54、3.27~11.97,均达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。
The aerobic granular sludge was cultured in anaerobic/aerobic operation mode by SBR reactor,the changes of its properties in the culture process were studied,and the treatment effect of aerobic granular sludge SBR system on the municipal sewage was investigated.The results showed that after 30 days of cultivation and domestication,the size of the aerobic granular sludge reached 1.25 mm,MLSS 4812~5280 mg/L and SVI 16.81~20.95 mL/g.For the water with COD,ammonium nitrogen,total nitrogen of 185.19~460.31,20.07~43.33,32.07~55.87 mg/L,respectively,the concentrations decreased to 30.24~49.21,0.235~7.54,3.27~11.97,respectively,which could all meet First Class level A of the Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918—2002).
