摘要
总结了用户日常饮用水水质投诉的代表性问题并分析了原因,从出厂水质、管网供水、二次供水、用户用水方式等环节的技术措施出发,提出解决方法及相关建议,以更好地解决相关水质问题,消除用水疑虑,为处理用户水质投诉提供参考。
The representative issues of users′complaints of drinking water quality were summarized and the causes analyzed.Solutions and relevant suggestions from the technical measures of treated water quality of the waterworks,pipe network water supply,secondary water supply,and water use habits were put forward,so as to solve relevant quality issues,eliminate users′doubts,and provide reference for handling water quality complaints.
