双糖口干缓解含漱液对肾移植患者术后口干燥症的预防效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨双糖口干缓解含漱液对肾移植患者术后口干燥症的预防效果。方法:选取成人亲体肾移植手术受者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组患者于麻醉开始前采用灭菌注射用水漱口,含漱1 min,于器官移植ICU拔除气管插管后,再次采用灭菌注射用水漱口,含漱1 min;观察组患者采用双糖口干缓解含漱液漱口,方法同对照组。拔管后4 h观察两组患者口干燥症、口唇干裂、黏膜破溃及溃疡形成等口腔并发症的发生情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者术后中-重度口干燥症及口腔黏膜破溃的发生率均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者术后口唇干裂及溃疡形成的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:双糖口干缓解含漱液能有效降低肾移植患者术后口干燥症及相关口腔并发症的发生率,成本较低且操作简单。
