摘要
通过在铸膜液中引入乙二胺(EDA),促进聚氯乙烯(PVC)分子链发生消去反应,形成碳碳双键;进而通过相分离成膜,在PVC膜表面获得较均匀开孔结构.重点研究了EDA添加量、反应温度与时间等对膜表面孔结构及均一性的影响规律,利用原子力-红外联用、扫描电镜、X-射线光电子能谱等分析了PVC膜表面物理化学结构及分布规律,初步探索了PVC膜表面较均匀孔结构的形成原理.研究发现,EDA添加量的增加、反应温度升高、反应时间的增长均可以促进PVC膜表面孔径增大,均一性提升.
In this paper,ethylenediamine(EDA)was introduced into the casting solution to promote the elimination reaction of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)molecular chains to form carbon carbon double bond,and then the film was formed by phase separation to obtain a more uniform pore structure on the surface of PVC membranes.The effects of EDA addition,reaction temperature and time on the pore structure and uniformity of PVC membrane surface were studied.The physicochemical structure and distribution of PVC membrane surface were analyzed by atomic force infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.It is found that with the increase of EDA addition,the increase of reaction temperature and reaction time can promote the increase of PVC membrane surface pore size and uniformity.
