冯浩三篇佚文辑考及其意旨发覆

Collection and Analysis of Feng Hao’s Three Scattered Articles and the Exploration of Their Implication

清儒冯浩以笺注李商隐诗文而留名于世,有《孟亭居士文稿》及《孟亭居士诗稿》共九卷。别集自嘉庆七年(1802)由第三子冯集梧编次后再无续补。今发现冯浩三篇佚文:《冯氏支谱序》存于苏州图书馆藏《桐乡冯氏重修支谱》和美国犹他家谱学会藏《德聚堂冯氏家谱五服次序》两部家谱中,此篇佚文为将《桐乡冯氏重修支谱》六卷纳入冯浩著作提供了实证;《网师园序》存于苏州图书馆藏拓本《网师园记》,对考证冯浩晚年交游及其诗教思想的发展有所补益;《杜诗集说序》存于嘉兴图书馆藏乾隆四十三年惇裕堂刻本《杜诗集说》,此序中冯浩提出了勿浅、勿僻、勿舛、勿凿的笺注原则及“搜罗富而抉择精,谬误悉除义蕴毕备”的笺注思想。三篇佚文,亦可考见冯浩之情怀,其以经史之深厚功底笺注李义山诗集,使得集部笺注之学的方法与体例日益完善。

Feng Hao,a Confucian scholar in the Qing Dynasty,was famous for his annotations of Li Shangyin’s poems and has written the Manuscript of Mengting Jushi and Poems of Mengting Jushi,in a total of 9 volumes.Since the seventh year of Jiaqing(1802)when his third son Feng Jiwu arranged the individual collections in a definite order,there has been no sequel or supplement.Three scattered articles of Feng Hao are discovered.Genealogy of Feng’s Branch is now collected in two genealogies,namely,Genealogy of Feng’s Branch in Tongxiang collected by Suzhou Library and Sorting of Five Generations of Feng’s Family Tree in Deju Ancestral Hall collected by Genealogical Society of Utah.It provides a substantial basis for incorporating the Genealogy of Feng’s Branch in Tongxiang(6 volumes)into the works of Feng Hao;The Preface of Wangshi Garden is now collected in rubbings of Travel Notes of Wangshi Garden,the collection of Suzhou Library.It is of great help to verify the travels of Feng Hao in his later years and the development of his poetry education thought;Preface of Dufu’s Poems is included in Dun Yutang’s block-printed edition(the 43 rd year of Qianlong)of Collection of Dufu’s Poems,the collection of Suzhou Library.Feng Hao proposed the annotation principles of avoiding superficial and strange understandings,as well as understandings deviating from the theme and focusing on insignificant problems.Besides,he also put forward the annotation thought of“searching widely,absorbing essence,eliminating misunderstandings,and reflecting implication”.These three scattered articles are an embodiment of the thoughts and feelings of Feng Hao.With profound competency in Confucian classics and history,Feng Hao annotated Li Shangyin’s poems,promoting an increasingly perfect of the method and style of annotation science.
