新时代的思想政治理论课要以思想为前提、政治为统领、理论为基础。提升思想政治理论课铸魂育人的实效性是当前思政课改革创新的重要课题之一。为切实打造有信仰、有情怀、有深度的思政课堂,充分发挥思政课“以思想触及心灵”的作用,广大思政课教师,一要落实好立德树人的根本任务,牢记教育的初心和使命,努力成为教师队伍中的“主力军”;二要精耕思政课堂,坚持以问题为导向,充分挖掘思政课堂教学的“主渠道”;三要不断优化思政课程的教学设计,灵活运用多种教学手段,全力打造思政课程建设的“主战场”,进而更好地在思政课一体化建设中,实现其教学效果横向到边、纵向到底、全向到位。

The ideological and political theory course in the new era should be dependent on ideology,guided by politics and based on theory.Currently,improving the effectiveness of the casting soul education is one of the important issues in the reform and innovation of the ideological and political theory course.In order to effectively make the ideological and political course with belief,feeling and depth,and give full play to the role of ideological and political course“to touch the mind with thought”,the teaching staff of ideological and political course should firstly implement the fundamental task of moral education,foster virtue through education,remember the original intention and mission of education,and strive to become the“main force”in the teaching staff;Secondly,they should cultivate the ideological and political education,adhere to the problem-oriented,and fully tap the ideological and political teaching’s“main channel”;Thirdly,they should constantly optimize the teaching design of the ideological and political course,flexibly use various teaching methods,and strive to build the“main battlefield”of the construction of the ideological and political course,so as to achieve better teaching effect of the ideological and political theory course in the horizontal,vertical,and all-round way in the construction of the integration of the ideological and political course.
