摘要
依据循环经济“3R”原则,从经济与社会发展、资源减量投入、资源循环再利用和资源环境安全4个方面构造了甘肃省循环农业发展评价指标体系,基于甘肃省2017年14个市(自治州)的截面数据,通过主成分分析法确定各指标权重,通过系统聚类法对省内循环农业进行聚类分析。结果表明,甘肃省循环农业有一定的发展,但是发展水平不高;各市(自治州)循环农业发展水平存在一定的差异,农业产值低的市(自治州)循环农业的正向指标比较高。
According to the“3 R”principle of circular economy,the evaluation index system of circular agriculture development in Gansu Province was constructed from four aspects of economic and social development,resource reduction input,resource recycling and environmental safety.Based on the cross-section data of 14 cities(autonomous prefectures)in Gansu Province in 2017,the weight of each index was determined by principal component analysis.Cluster analysis of circular agriculture in province was carried out by systematic clustering method.The results showed that circular agriculture had developed in Gansu province,but the level of development was not high.The development level of circular agriculture is different among cities(autonomous prefectures),and the positive index of circular agriculture is higher in cities(autonomous prefectures)with low agricultural output value.
