摘要
目的探讨快速血糖仪和常规生化仪在临床血糖检测中的应用价值。方法84例需要进行血糖检测的患者,其中42例为确诊的糖尿病患者,42例为非糖尿病患者。所有患者均进行常规生化仪和快速血糖仪检测。比较患者对不同检测方法的满意度,不同检测方法所需血量、检测用时,检测血糖指标水平。结果患者对快速血糖仪检测的总满意度为97.62%(82/84),高于常规生化仪检测的83.33%(70/84),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。快速血糖仪检测所需血量(0.02±0.01)ml少于常规生化仪检测的(2.23±1.35)ml,检测用时(1.13±0.44)min短于常规生化仪检测的(30.22±2.46)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同检测方法检测非糖尿病和糖尿病患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用快速血糖仪和常规生化仪进行血糖检测,两者检测结果相近,但快速血糖仪检测血糖更具便捷性,且操作简便,速度更快,尤其对于糖尿病患者自我血糖监测及危重患者的血糖床旁检测,更具有实用价值。
Objective To discuss the application value of rapid blood glucose meter and conventional biochemical meter in clinical blood glucose testing.Methods Of the 84 patients requiring blood glucose testing,42 cases were diagnosed with diabetes and 42 cases were non-diabetic.All patients were tested by conventional biochemical meter and rapid blood glucose meter.The patients'satisfaction with the different testing methods,the amount of blood required for different testing methods,the testing time,and the level of blood glucose indexes were compared.Results The overall satisfaction of patients with the rapid glucose meter test was 97.62%(82/84),which was higher than 83.33%(70/84)of the conventional biochemical meter test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of blood required(0.02±0.01)ml for the rapid blood glucose meter test was less than(2.23±1.35)ml of the conventional biochemical meter test,and the testing time(1.13±0.44)min was shorter than(30.22±2.46)min of the conventional biochemical meter test,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences were not statistically significant when comparing the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of non-diabetic and diabetic patients by different testing methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Standard use of rapid blood glucose meter and conventional biochemical meter for blood glucose testing,the results of the two are comparable.The rapid blood glucose meter is convenient to detect blood glucose,and it is easy to operate and faster.It is of practical value especially for self-monitoring of blood glucose of diabetes mellitus patients and blood glucose detection of critically ill patients at the bedside.
