丙戊酸镁、氨磺必利联合治疗双相情感障碍的临床效果及对患者生活质量的改善作用分析

The clinical effect of magnesium valproate combined with amisulpride in the treatment of bipolar disorder and the improvement effect on the quality of life of patients

目的对双相情感障碍患者联合应用氨磺必利+丙戊酸镁治疗,并分析临床效果以及对患者生活质量的改善作用。方法106例双相情感障碍患者,采取随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组患者口服丙戊酸镁缓释片,观察组患者在对照组基础上口服氨磺必利片。比较两组患者治疗前后的贝克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)评分。结果治疗后,观察组患者BRMS评分(8.33±1.57)分、HAMD评分(6.33±1.38)分均低于对照组的(14.49±2.36)、(11.11±1.92)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者情感职能、精神健康、社会功能、生理功能评分分别为(64.65±8.05)、(54.55±4.06)、(65.80±4.05)、(70.71±7.68)分,均高于对照组的(52.74±7.11)、(43.60±3.77)、(54.18±3.65)、(46.57±7.82)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对双相情感障碍患者应用氨磺必利+丙戊酸镁联合治疗可更好地缓解患者抑郁、狂躁症状,改善患者生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of magnesium valproate combined with amisulpride in the treatment of bipolar disorder and the improvement effect on the quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 106 patients with bipolar disorder were divided into observation group and control group by random numerical table,with 53 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with magnesium valproate sustainedrelease tablets orally,while patients in the observation group were treated with amisulpride tablets orally on the basis of the control group.The Bech-Rafaelsdn mania rating scale,(BRMS),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),and 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the BRMS score(8.33±1.57)points and HAMD score(6.33±1.38)points of the observation group were lower than(14.49±2.36)and(11.11±1.92)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of emotional function,mental health,social function,and physiological function in the observation group were(64.65±8.05),(54.55±4.06),(65.80±4.05),and(70.71±7.68)points,which were higher than(52.74±7.11),(43.60±3.77),(54.18±3.65),and(46.57±7.82)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of amisulpride and magnesium valproate treatment in patients with bipolar disorder can better alleviate the symptoms of depression and mania and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worth promoting.
