“Life is pleasant. Death is peaceful. It's the transition that's troublesome.”——Isaac Asimov Copper is an essential trace element central to cardiovascular, neuronal, and immune functions. While copper deficiency is generally rare, chronic or long-term copper exposure can result in toxicity.
