便捷流动咽拭子采样车的临床应用研究

Clinical application of the convenient mobile throat swab sampling vehicle

目的分析便捷流动咽拭子采样车的临床应用效果。方法选取2021年5月至2022年1月在广东江门市新会区人民医院进行新型冠状病毒核酸检测者200名,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组100名。对照组使用普通治疗车进行咽拭子采样,观察组使用“便捷流动咽拭子采样车”进行咽拭子采样。比较两组核酸检测者的单位时间采样率、采样后的清洁消毒时间、不适反应发生率。统计咽拭子采样操作者对“便捷流动咽拭子采样车”的临床使用情况评价。统计操作者的心理应激、操作恐惧感、自感暴露风险程度等自我安全心理评估情况。结果观察组使用便捷流动咽拭子采样车单位时间采样效率明显高于对照组,采样后的清洁消毒时间短于对照组,不适反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。便捷流动咽拭子采样车的采样防护性、取物方便性、咽喉观察便易性、消毒便易性得分均高于普通治疗车,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组操作者的心理应激、操作恐惧感、自感暴露风险程度评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用便捷流动咽拭子采样车可明显提高单位时间采样效率,降低核酸检测者不适感。采样操作者对便捷流动咽拭子采样车的临床使用情况评价较高,其可有效提升操作者的安全心理状态。

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of convenient mobile throat swab sampling vehicle.Methods A total of 200 people from May 2021 to January 2022 in Guangdong Jiangmen City Xinhui District People’s Hospital for new coronavirus nucleic acid testing were selected,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given the ordinary treatment vehicle for throat swab sampling,and the observation group was given the“convenient mobile throat swab sampling vehicle”for throat swab sampling.The sampling rate per unit time,the cleaning and disinfection time after sampling,and the incidence of uncomfortable reactions were compared between the two groups of nucleic acid testers.The clinical use of the“Convenient Mobile Throat Swab Sampling Cart”by throat swab sampling operators was evaluated.The psychological stress,operation fear,and self-perceived exposure risk degree of operators were counted.Results The sampling efficiency per unit time of the convenient mobile throat swab sampling cart in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the cleaning and disinfection time after sampling was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of discomfort was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the convenient mobile throat swab sampling vehicle were higher than those of the ordinary treatment vehicle in terms of sampling protection,convenience in taking objects,ease of throat observation and ease of disinfection(P<0.05).The scores of psychological stress,operation fear and self-perceived exposure risk of the operators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Using the convenient mobile throat swab sampling vehicle can significantly improve the sampling efficiency per unit time and reduce the discomfort of nucleic acid testers.Sampling operators have a high evaluation of the clinical use of the convenient mobile throat swab sampling cart,which can effectively improve the safety and psychological state of the operator.
