香芩含漱液治疗口腔念珠菌病的效果

Effect of Qinxiang Gargle on oral candidiasis

目的探讨口腔念珠菌病(OPC)患者临床治疗中使用香芩含漱液在症状改善、念珠菌清除等方面的效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月上海中医药大学深圳医院口腔科收治的120例OPC患者的临床资料,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组予以氟康唑胶囊联合口泰含漱液治疗,观察组加用香芩含漱液含漱。比较两组疗效、治疗前后中医症候积分、念珠菌清除效果、复发情况。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率(96.67%,58/60)高于对照组(83.33%,50/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.926,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的各项症状积分比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的各项症状积分均较治疗前下降,且与对照组相比,观察组各项积分降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组培养菌落数比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组培养菌落数均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),且与对照组比较,观察组念珠菌清除效果更显著(P<0.05)。对照组复发7例,复发率为11.67%;观察组复发1例,复发率为1.67%。观察组复发率低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.821,P<0.05)。观察组、对照组不良反应总发生率分别为5.00%(3/60)、6.67%(4/60),差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上再使用香芩含漱液给予口腔念珠菌病患者治疗,可有效改善患者症状及念珠菌清除效果,提高临床治疗总有效率,降低病情复发风险。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xiangqin gargle on symptom improvement and candida clearance in patients with oral candidiasis(OPC).Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with OPC admitted to the Shenzhen Hospital of Shanghai University of traditional Chinese medicine from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fluconazole capsule combined with Koutai gargle,and the observation group was treated with Xiangqin gargle.The curative effect,TCM symptom score,Candida clearance effect and recurrence of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%,58/60)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%,50/60),the difference was significant(χ^(2)=5.926,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of all symptoms of the two groups decreased than those before treatment,and the scores of the observation group decreased more significantly than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the number of cultured colonies between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of cultured colonies in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the effect of Candida clearance in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).In the control group,7 cases recurred,and the recurrence rate was 11.67%;In the observation group,1 case recurred,and the recurrence rate was 1.67%.The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=4.821,P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 5.00%(3/60)and 6.67%(4/60)respectively,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions On the basis of conventional treatment,using Xiangqin gargle to treat patients with oral candidiasis can effectively improve the symptoms improvement and candida removal effect of patients,improve the overall clinical efficacy,and reduce the risk of disease recurrence.
