Operation and Maintenance Application of BIM Technology in the Medical Intelligent Building

BIM技术在医疗建筑的设计、建造阶段已得到广泛应用,但在后期运维阶段应用较少。本文通过对某医院建立的BIM技术运维管理系统进行研究,系统地分析了BIM技术在医疗智慧建筑中空间管理、设备管理、能源消耗的应用,为医疗建筑的运维工作提供保障,以期为后续相关工程提供参考。

BIM technology is widely used in the design and construction stage of medical buildings.but less in the later operation and maintenance stage.This paper studies the BIM technology operation and maintenance mamagement system established by a hospital,and systematically analyaes the application of BIM technology in space management.equipment management and energy consumption in medical smart buildings.so as to provide guarantee for the operation and maintenance of medical buildings.in order to provide reference for subsequent related projects.
