摘要
基础设施投资对制造业结构优化具有空间溢出功能,本文基于2003—2017年省级面板数据,实证检验了公共基础设施投资的空间溢出效应。结果表明:中国区域制造业高度化存在显著的空间依赖性,物质性和社会性公共基础设施投资均显著促进了本地区和邻近地区制造业高度化。从直接效应来看,物质性公共基础设施投资的效应大于社会性公共基础设施投资的效应;从间接效应来看,物质性公共基础设施投资的效应小于社会性公共基础设施投资的效应。
Infrastructure investment has the function of space spillover for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Based on the provincial panel data from 2003 to 2017,the empirical test of the space spillover effect of public infrastructure investment was conducted.The results show that there is a significant spatial dependence of the high-level manufacturing industry in China.Both physical and social investment in public infrastructure have significantly promoted the manufacturing industry in this region and neighboring regions.From the direct effect,the effect of physical public infrastructure investment is greater than the effect of social public infrastructure investment;from the indirect effect,the effect of physical public infrastructure investment is less than the effect of social public infrastructure investment.The research results have important practical significance for optimizing China’s public infrastructure investment.
