实现浙江自由贸易港区突破发展的思考

以开放促改革、促发展是我国现代化建设不断取得新成就的重要法宝,党的十九大报告提出“推动形成全面开放新格局”“赋予自由贸易试验区更大改革自主权,探索建设自由贸易港”。浙江作为对外开放新高地如何把握这个政策机遇值得好好研究。本文在分析国际经济环境和现实问题的基础上,提出浙江自由贸易港的突破发展应聚焦于贸易背后的服务,认为浙江发展服务贸易空间巨大,并提出建设自由贸易港势在必行,同时,文中寻求了浙江自由贸易港区突破发展的途径,包括双向思路及三步走,推动浙江自由贸易港区的快速发展,促进我国的改革开放。
