血清E-cad、VEGF水平与晚期胃癌患者化疗预后的相关性

Correlation of serum E-cad and VEGF levels with prognosis of chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer

目的探讨血清E-钙黏蛋白(E-cad)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平与晚期胃癌患者化疗预后的关系。方法抽取2017年1月至2020年12月山西省肿瘤医院收治的96例晚期胃癌患者,所有患者均在医院接受化疗治疗。化疗后随访1年,记录患者病死、存活情况,将病死患者纳入预后不良组,将存活患者纳入预后良好组。患者入院时接受血清E-cad、VEGF水平检测,询问患者基线资料并记录研究所需资料,分析血清E-cad、VEGF水平与晚期胃癌患者化疗预后的相关性。结果1年随访结果显示,96例晚期胃癌患者中,病死25例(26.04%)纳入预后不良组,存活71例(73.96%)纳入预好组。预后不良组入院时血清E-cad水平低于预后良好组,血清VEGF水平高于预后良好组(P<0.05);两组其他基线资料比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。经COX回归分析结果显示,入院时血清E-cad低表达、血清VEGF高表达与晚期胃癌患者化疗预后不良有关(P<0.05)。结论血清E-cad、VEGF水平与晚期胃癌患者化疗预后有一定关系。

Objective To investigate the correlation of serum E-cadherin(E-cad)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)with prognosis of chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 96 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated in Shanxi Cancer Hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected.All patients were treated by chemotherapy.Patients were followed up for 1 year after chemotherapy,moreover,the fatality and survival of patients were recorded.The dead patients were included into the poor prognosis group,and the survivors were included into the good prognosis group.The serum E-cad and VEGF levels of selected patients were detected at admission,and baseline data were inquired to record the necessary data for the study.The correlation of levels of serum E-cad and VEGF with prognosis of chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer was analyzed.Results After 1-year follow-up,there were 25 dead cases(accounting for 26.04%,included into the poor prognosis group),and 71 survivors cases(accounting for 73.96%,included into the good prognosis group)among 96 patients with advanced gastric cancer.The level of serum E-cad in the poor prognosis group was lower than that in the good prognosis group,and the level of serum VEGF in the poor prognosis group was higher than that in the good prognosis group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in other baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).Results of COX regression analysis showed that the low expression of serum E-cad and high expression of serum VEGF were related to the poor prognosis of chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer(P<0.05).Conclusions Serum E-cad and VEGF levels are related to the prognosis of chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
