白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期宫颈癌的效果观察

Effect of albumin bound paclitaxel combined with cisplatin on advanced cervical cancer

目的探讨白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期宫颈癌的效果。方法抽取2019年6月至2021年6月濮阳市人民医院收治的晚期宫颈癌患者74例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组37例。对照组给予紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗,观察组给予白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后肿瘤标志物水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总缓解率(72.97%,27/37)高于对照组(45.95%,17/37),P<0.05。治疗前,两组血清各项指标比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血清鳞状细胞癌抗原、细胞角蛋白19片段抗原21-1、糖类抗原125、癌胚抗原水平均低于对照组(t=3.65、3.77、3.80、3.42,P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(27.03%,10/37)低于对照组(54.05%,20/37),P<0.05。结论与紫杉醇方案相比,白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期宫颈癌可提高治疗效果,降低肿瘤标志物水平,不良反应发生率较低。

Objective To investigate the effect of albumin bound paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Methods Seventy-four patients with advanced cervical cancer admitted to Puyang People’s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated by paclitaxel combined with cisplatin therapy,while patients in the observation group were treated by albumin bound paclitaxel combined with cisplatin therapy.The therapeutic effects,tumor marker levels before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total remission rate of the observation group(72.97%,27/37)was higher than that of the control group(45.95%,17/37),P<0.05.There was no significant difference in serum indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of squamous cell carcinoma antigen,cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1,carbohydrate antigen 125,and carcinoembryonic antigen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=3.65,3.77,3.80,3.42;all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(27.03%,10/37)was lower than that in the control group(54.05%,20/37),P<0.05.Conclusions Compared with the paclitaxel regimen,albumin bound paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the level of tumor markers,and it has lower incidence of adverse reactions.
