摘要
目的探究渐进式运动训练联合多源频谱治疗仪在结直肠癌术后患者中的应用价值。方法抽取2019年4月至2021年4月于河南省人民医院行腹腔镜根治术治疗的结直肠癌患者84例, 以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组, 每组42例。两组均进行常规术后干预, 在此基础上, 对照组采用渐进式运动训练, 观察组采用渐进式运动训练联合多源频谱治疗仪干预, 均干预5 d。比较两组术后首次排气及排便时间、肠鸣音恢复正常时间、首次进食流质食物时间;比较干预前及干预5 d时两组胃肠激素[胃动素(MOT)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)]水平;比较术后1个月随访期间的并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后首次排气及排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次进食流质食物时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05)。干预5 d后, 两组血清VIP水平降低, 血清MOT水平上升, 且观察组血清VIP水平低于对照组, 血清MOT水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访期间, 观察组术后并发症发生率(4.76%, 2/42)低于对照组(12.50%, 8/42), P<0.05。结论渐进式运动训练联合多源频谱治疗仪用于结直肠癌术后患者可调节其胃肠激素水平, 促使术后胃肠道功能恢复, 减少术后并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the application value of progressive exercise training combined with multi-source spectrum therapeutic instrument for patients with colorectal cancer after surgery.Methods Eighty-four patients with colorectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical resection in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected.And they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups received routine postoperative intervention,on this basis,the control group was treated by progressive exercise training,and the observation group was treated by progressive exercise training combined with multi-source spectrum therapeutic instrument.All patients were intervened for 5 days.The first postoperative exhaust time,the first postoperative defecation time,the recovery time of bowel sounds and the first time of eating liquid food were compared between the two groups.The levels of gastrointestinal hormones including motilin(MOT)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)were compared between the two groups before and 5 days after intervention.The incidence of complications during 1-month follow-up of the two group were compared.Results The first exhaust time,the first defecation time,bowel sound recovery time and the first time of eating liquid food in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 5 days of intervention,the serum VIP level of both groups decreased,and the serum MOT level increased,compared with those before intervention(P<0.05);and the VIP level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the MOT level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During follow-up,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(4.76%,2/42)was lower than that in the control group(12.50%,8/42),P<0.05.Conclusions Progressive exercise training combined with multi-source spectrum therapeutic instrument can regulate the gastrointestinal hormone level in patients with colorectal cancer after surgery,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
